RE: Occupancy of Common Elements

The Board of Directors and the Property Manager have reviewed the Association's governing documents
and consulted legal review. We stand firm in our statements on use of the Village Greens and Common Areas.

Occupancy of Common Elements are restricted by the Declaration, as well as by any reasonable
Rules & Regulations the Board of Directors may adopt. Conducting fitness classes which invite the public,
whether money is exchanged or not, is prohibited on Common Elements of the Pennland Farm West Community Association.
In light of the recent issues, the Board of Directors will be modifying the Rules & Regulations to include common area use restrictions
as well as a formal request process.

The Pennland Farm HOA is collecting email addresses so that we can better communicate with the community and save the paper and postage. Please send the Board what emails you would like to use to receive community communications along with your name and address so we can update our system.

The HOA would like to share the results of the most recent survey on solar. This was a survey to collect data from the community, this was not a vote.

There were (10) additional mail in votes: 

(3) for Yes, I am in favor of allowing solar. (2) In favor of back of house only and (5) not in favor of solar.
