Pennland Farm Community is made up of 3 phases:


Phase 1 – Pennland Farm – which covers all homes in the section off of Scott Rd / Pennland Farm Drive and Scott Rd / Townsend Drive
Phase 2 – Landis Rush – covers all homes in the section off of Scott Rd / Landis Rush Drive
